Acres MHP, LLC is a mobile home park investment and operating company focused on acquiring, improving, and managing communities for the long term.

We take a long-term approach to mobile home park ownership and operations. We look for opportunities to improve communities, enhance the resident experience, and create long-term value — and we believe those three things go together, not against each other.

Well-maintained, affordable housing is worth owning and worth running properly. That belief is what shapes every decision we make, from the parks we buy to the way we manage them day to day.
